At Smith's Tow & Go, our story is rooted in hard work, faith, family, and a genuine desire to help people. Owner Greg Smith has been serving drivers throughout Smithfield and Johnston County as well as Wake County for more than 30 years, building a reputation for dependable towing, honest service, and treating customers with respect. Like many family businesses, our company started small, with a commitment to helping neighbors when they needed it most. Through years of dedication, countless service calls, and a lot of long days and late nights, we've grown into a trusted towing company that proudly serves much of Wake & Johnston Counties while never losing sight of the values that got us here.
While Greg is often the face customers see in the field, the heart of our operation extends well beyond the driver's seat. Greg's wife serves as the foundation of our office operations, helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Together, we've built a business centered on family values and the belief that every customer deserves to be treated fairly. Our faith serves as the foundation of both our family and our towing business, guiding how we treat people, how we conduct ourselves, and how we approach every job. We believe in the Golden Rule and strive to treat others the way we would want our own family members treated during a stressful situation.
